the miracle of the Qur'an

In a verse of the Qur'an mentioned that wed the wind properties and therefore the formation of the rain.
"And we have to marry the wind blew, and We sent down rain from the sky and then we give you to drink water at all times and it was not you who keep it." (Qur'an, 15:22)
In this paragraph to emphasize that the first phase in the formation of rain is wind. Until the early 20th century, the only connection between the wind and rain is known is that the wind that moves the clouds. However, the discovery of modern meteorological science have demonstrated the role of "mating" of the wind in the formation of rain.
